Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) School Nurse / Per Diem

The licensed practical nurse (Lpn) will be placed in contracted public school districts in northern westchester county and putnam county, performing duties in the nurse office or providing direct support to a student with higher needs. Additionally, there is per diem community work available where the nurse has flexibility over shift acceptance.

Candidates must possess a valid nys lpn certificate and provide several mandatory documents at hire, including proof of current flu vaccination, medical malpractice insurance, and current cpr/Basic life support certificates. Applicants must also submit proof of mmr vaccination, a recent annual physical indicating fitness for work, and documentation of tuberculosis status.
