Pre-k Lead Teacher– Before & After School

The lead teacher will ensure program compliance with regulations and policies while planning and leading engaging, hands-On activities aligned with the healthy kids curriculum, covering fitness, steam, academics, arts, and homework support. Responsibilities also include overseeing daily operational tasks like attendance tracking, scheduling, maintaining staffing levels, and communicating clearly with parents via the playground app.

Candidates must meet specific educational criteria, including an associate's degree in a related field, a child development associate credential with experience, or 9 credits in a related field with a plan leading to a credential and experience. Qualifications also require medical clearance, a positive demeanor, strong communication skills, dependability, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
