Core responsibilities
This role involves administering developmental assessments, coordinating services for children with special needs, and developing individualized plans and differentiated instruction to support their needs. The coordinator will also lead center-Based socialization groups and support the assistant director of education in maintaining high-Quality classroom interaction and curriculum.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in early childhood education, social work, human development, or a related field, along with knowledge of child development from birth to three years old. A minimum of three years of experience working with families through home visits and facilitating classroom-Based group sessions is required, and the ability to write and speak chinese is mandatory.
