This specialist independently manages day-To-Day learning programs, focusing on employee development, compliance, onboarding, and manager capability through hands-On execution of content ownership and lms administration. The role also supports leadership development initiatives like pavion elevate, requiring autonomy in partnering with hr and business leaders to deliver effective learning solutions.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–6 years of experience in learning & development, training, or hr roles, including hands-On experience administering an lms and managing learning content. Preferred qualifications include experience with vendor platforms like skillsoft and authoring tools such as ispring or articulate.
