Lead 2's Teacher

The lead 2's teacher will work alongside staff and families to create a nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, adhering to naeyc guidelines. Key duties involve ensuring classroom safety, developing age-Appropriate curriculum, and maintaining open communication with parents.

Candidates must possess an associate degree in early childhood education or a related field, and ideally have one year of experience in a licensed child care facility. Strong organizational and customer service skills are necessary, along with the ability to meet all state criteria for child care employment.
