Lead Infant Teacher

The lead infant teacher will work alongside teachers and families to create a home-Like environment for children, adhering to naeyc guidelines. Key duties include ensuring the safety and supervision of children, creating developmentally appropriate curriculum, and maintaining a clean, safe, and exploratory environment.

Candidates must possess an associate degree in early childhood education or a related field, and must meet state criteria for child care employment. One year of experience in a licensed child care facility is preferred, along with strong customer service, multitasking, and organizational skills.
