The Lead Teacher will ensure the safety and supervision of children aged 6 weeks to 12 years in an assigned classroom while creating developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards. Candidates must possess an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, a CDA credential, Head Teacher certification, 12 ECE credits, or a Bachelor's Degree, and must meet state criteria for child care employment. Two or more years of experience in a licensed child care facility is preferred, alongside strong customer service and organizational skills.
