Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with children aged 18 months to 8 years old, utilizing play-Based aba therapy while following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple data. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions, maintaining a clean therapy space, and collaborating with the team.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma. The position requires the physical ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently move quickly on and off the floor while maintaining a consistent, active pace.
