Chess Instructor | Spring

Instructors will lead fun, interactive chess classes for 10–15 elementary students using a structured curriculum, focusing on teaching fundamentals and promoting good sportsmanship. This involves managing the classroom positively, encouraging critical thinking, and adhering to all school safety protocols while traveling to various local sites.

Candidates must have prior experience working with groups of children, be comfortable leading classes independently, and possess a strong grasp of chess fundamentals to explain concepts clearly to young students. Reliability, professional demeanor, and availability on weekday afternoons (2:00 pm to 5:00 pm window) are mandatory, along with reliable personal transportation.
