Direct Support Professional (Bachelor's Degree Required)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data. Responsibilities also include keeping therapy spaces clean and safe while actively engaging with the children through movement, reading, and hands-On activities.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, although a bachelor's degree is required for the specified pay scale. Applicants must be physically capable of lifting up to 30lbs and frequently moving quickly on and off the floor while maintaining consistent attendance.
