Direct Support Professional (Entry-Level)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple data, and engaging actively through movement, reading, and hands-On activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe therapy space and communicating effectively with the team.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, frequently get on the floor, and maintain an active pace throughout the day. A commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality, along with willingness to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire, is required.
