Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) providing play-Based aba therapy while following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple data. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions, maintaining a clean therapy space, and collaborating with the team.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and be able to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 30lbs and frequently moving quickly on the floor with young children. Consistent attendance and commitment to teamwork are also required.
