Training specialist - Hybrid

The training specialist is responsible for conducting, coordinating, and monitoring training activities for staff and network providers, ensuring adherence to agency philosophies, standards, and budgetary guidelines. This includes delivering various training topics, assisting in program design, creating materials, overseeing data entry in the lms, and managing training logistics like room setup and supply inventory.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in social services, marketing, training, or a human services field, along with experience in adult learning and educational development, and proficiency in microsoft office and virtual platforms. Preferred qualifications include experience in child welfare or with child placing agency minimum standards, and bilingual english/Spanish skills.
