Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and help kids learn through various activities. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions, maintaining a clean and safe therapy space, and communicating effectively with the team.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a bachelor's degree, along with the physical ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently move quickly on the floor with young children. A commitment to obtaining paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire and consistent punctuality are also mandatory.
