Child Behavior Therapist (Bachelor's Level)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple data, and engaging actively through play and movement. Therapists must also maintain a clean, safe therapy space and communicate effectively with their team.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a bachelor's degree, with a requirement to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30lbs and maintain an active pace by frequently sitting, standing, crouching, squatting, and moving quickly with children.
