Child Behavior Therapist (Entry-Level)

The therapist will work one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple data, and engaging actively through play and movement. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe therapy space while being part of a supportive, mission-Driven team.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be able to maintain an active pace, frequently getting on the floor, sitting, standing, crouching, and moving quickly while lifting up to 30 lbs. A commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality is required, along with completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire.
