Core responsibilities
Post-Master's fellows provide psychotherapeutic services to a variety of clients under direct supervision, typically carrying a caseload of 12–18 active clients across outpatient, couples, family, or intensive outpatient group therapy tracks. Core training involves extensive supervision, monthly seminars, didactic seminars, and case consultations structured around developmental learning goals rather than productivity targets.
Requirements summary
Applicants must possess a master's degree in a relevant mental health field (Psychology, counseling, mft, social work) from an accredited program and must have successfully completed a clinically focused master's-Level practicum where individual psychotherapy was the primary activity. Candidates must declare a licensure track (Licsw, lmft, or lpcc in minnesota) and social work applicants need an lgsw before the start date.
