Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) using play-Based aba therapy, following treatment plans, and collecting simple data. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy space.

Applicants must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and have already passed the rbt exam, in addition to being at least 18 years old with a high school diploma. Candidates must be able to maintain an active pace, frequently get on and off the floor, and lift up to 30lbs.
