Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple data. Responsibilities also include keeping the therapy space clean, organized, and safe while maintaining an active pace throughout the day.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be willing to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children.
