Direct Support Professional (We will Train) Childcare

The role involves working one-On-One with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple data. Responsibilities also include keeping children engaged through play, movement, and hands-On activities while maintaining a clean and safe therapy environment.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain an active pace involving frequent sitting, standing, crouching, and moving quickly with young children. A commitment to completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire is also required.
