Independent Living Coach - Group

The independent living coach will act as a mentor and coach, supporting participants in achieving goals outlined in their person-Centered plans through various skill-Building activities. This role involves implementing strategies for daily living, self-Advocacy, and providing community-Based support, including driving participants when necessary.

Candidates must possess a strong desire to serve and support individuals with disabilities, along with a minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral disabilities. A high school diploma or ged is required, and applicants must hold a valid driver's license with two years of driving experience and a clean record.
