Independent Living Coach - CDS

The independent living coach will work one-On-One with participants to support their goals related to independence, social connection, daily living, and communication. Responsibilities include building relationships, supporting community activities, implementing behavior plans, and assisting with personal needs as required.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have access to a reliable vehicle to perform community-Based duties. Preferred qualifications include one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental or behavioral disabilities and basic computer literacy.
