Residential Children’s Therapist

The therapist conducts clinical assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides individual, group, and family therapy while leading therapeutic groups focused on regulation and coping skills. This role also involves guiding direct care staff during escalations, supporting trauma-Informed engagement, and contributing to case reviews and discharge planning.

A master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is required, along with current michigan licensure (Llmsw, lmsw, llpc, lpc, tllp, or llp). Candidates must have experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families, with residential or behavioral health experience being preferred.
