Youth Specialist – Education and Medication Support

The youth specialist provides direct care, medication administration, and educational support to youth during morning routines and school hours. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, structured environment while utilizing trauma-Informed approaches to support emotional regulation and behavioral needs.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and hold an associate degree in a relevant field such as human services, education, or psychology. A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children or adolescents in a professional or residential setting is required.
