Position Summary

The Catholic Liberal Arts Upper Elementary Teacher is responsible for delivering a rigorous, integrated, and mission-centered curriculum rooted in the Catholic intellectual tradition. This teacher forms students academically, spiritually, morally, and socially, fostering wonder, virtue, and a love of truth. The role includes instructional planning, classroom management, student assessment, and active collaboration with colleagues and families in support of the mission of McDonell Area Catholic Schools.

The teacher serves as a witness to the Catholic faith and promotes the development of the whole child in alignment with the values of Catholic liberal arts education.
