Therapeutic Training and Support Staff

Staff will deliver community-Based services, including cbhi services, to children, adolescents, and families, focusing on skill coaching, behavior management, and treatment planning in home and community settings. Responsibilities also include fostering positive relationships with external agencies and collaborating within a multi-Disciplinary treatment team to guide youth.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and typically require a bachelor's degree in a human services field, an associate's degree, or a community health worker certification. A minimum of one year of experience working with youth needing behavioral management for mental health concerns is necessary, along with maintaining a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
