The clinician will lead a dynamic team, develop innovative and individualized treatment plans, and manage a caseload of youth to help them achieve clinical goals and develop essential life skills like cooking and banking. Day-to-day work focuses on supporting students in developing self-competence and providing skills for future success.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, and must be licensed clinically or eligible to sit for licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT). Applicants must also be at least 21 years old and maintain a valid driver's license as transporting students is required.

Rediscovery is a therapeutic-based group home with a focus on independent living skill building for males between ages 16-21. Youth at Rediscovery are able to safely access the community independently and are able to utilize learned coping mechanisms with the support of our comprehensive team including clinical and direct care staff. The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
