Early Childhood Educator II

Early childhood educators ii work with their team to provide high-Quality early care and education for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers, maintaining a classroom environment and curriculum based on current research. They actively engage children, support social and emotional development, and mentor early childhood students providing necessary feedback.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a child development associate credential (Cda), along with a minimum of one year of teaching experience with young children. Required understanding includes child-Care licensing, safety protocols, developmentally appropriate practice, and culturally responsive methods.
