- Summer Camp Assistant Saint Joe’s – Summer 2026 Saint Joe’s is excited to offer a meaningful and memorable Summer Camp designed for individuals with developmental disabilities. We’re looking for enthusiastic high school students who want to make a difference while gaining hands‑on experience in a fun, supportive environment. Employment Dates June 17 – August 3, 2026 Location Princeton High School 100 Viking Way Cincinnati, OH 45246 Program Overview Our camp is organized into three two‑week sessions, each filled with engaging, inclusive activities such as:
- Recreation & Leisure: Creative, social, and relaxing activities that spark joy and connection
- Educational Field Trips: Adventures to museums, the zoo, and other local attractions
- Therapeutic Swimming: Adaptive sessions in a therapeutic pool
- Library Story Time: Interactive storytelling with the Cincinnati Public Library
- Hikes with Luke5Adventures: Guided, accessible hikes supported by adaptive equipment
Position Responsibilities As a Summer Camp Assistant, you will
- Support and help facilitate daily camp activities
- Assist with field trips and ensure participant safety
- Work closely with the Summer Camp Manager and team
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and fun environment
- Provide general support to campers as needed
Qualifications
- Age: 16–18 (current high school students)
- Skills & Traits:

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compensation • Starting rate
- $13.50 per hour
- Additional pay: Extra hourly rate for those with lifeguard certification
