Youth Care Professional

The primary role involves supervising the safety and well-Being of youth aged 12-18 in a residential treatment setting, fostering their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs while maintaining professional integrity. Responsibilities include developing therapeutic relationships, instructing youth on personal conduct and life skills, and actively using therapeutic crisis intervention skills for de-Escalation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and a valid nys driver’s license. Essential abilities include excellent communication, the capacity to multitask, work independently, and utilize physical restraints following tci training.
