Assistant Coach, Women's Softball

This assistant coach assists the head coach with organizing the sports program, which includes conducting practices, motivating students, and instructing athletes on game strategies and techniques. Responsibilities also cover team management aspects like recruitment, academic progress monitoring, and budgetary oversight.

A minimum requirement includes an associate's degree in a related field or extensive successful coaching/Playing experience at the high school varsity level or higher. Candidates must also have experience with budget oversight, student activities, and a willingness to serve students, with a bachelor's degree being preferred.
