Adjunct, Sociology (On-Campus)

Responsibilities include preparing and delivering academic instruction, which involves developing syllabi, creating content, and administering assessments for undergraduate sociology courses. Instructors must also maintain class records, post office hours, and participate in student learning assessment.

The minimum requirement is a master's degree in sociology or a master's degree with 18 credit hours in sociology, with all degrees needing to be from a regionally accredited institution. Teaching experience at the higher education level is preferred, and the candidate must be able to maintain good relationships with students, staff, and community members.
