The Second Grade Special Education Co-Teacher will collaborate with a general education teacher to deliver high-quality instruction and support to students with IEPs using various co-teaching models. DuBois Integrity Academy is currently hiring a Second Special Education Co-Teacher. DuBois Integrity STEM Academy's academic program is built on two main pillars that drive significant achievement—STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) combined with Blended Learning. We utilize theme-based, interdisciplinary, integrated curricula to enhance instruction and learning. A mix of tightly-controlled behavioral studies and innovative neurological research supports theme-based education as a way to increase success opportunities for all learners.
The Second Grade Special Education Co-Teacher will work collaboratively with a general education teacher to provide high-quality instruction and support to students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in an inclusive classroom setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of co-teaching models, be skilled in differentiation, and be committed to helping all students achieve academic success.
