Case manager

The case manager implements the rite of passage program by administering, developing, and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs based on agency requests and student needs. This role serves as the primary program liaison between the student, guardians, staff, and placing agency officials, while also organizing court hearings and visits.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this position. Applicants must also pass various checks including criminal background, drug, physical, tb test, and abuse registry searches, in addition to meeting driver eligibility requirements.
