The instructor will provide direct supervision and instruction to nursing students during their clinical rotations at BSMH, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment that aligns with Herzing University's curriculum and BSMH's standards of patient care. Responsibilities include facilitating skill development, evaluating student performance, and ensuring patient safety under student care.
Candidates must possess an active and unencumbered RN license for Ohio and a minimum of two years of experience as a registered nurse in a relevant clinical setting, along with a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN). Experience in clinical teaching or precepting nursing students is preferred, and current BSMH employment is advantageous.
