Pert Independent Living Instructor (Wage) - #WWRH2028

This part-Time role involves serving as the main instructor for the pert independent living skills assessment, teaching job and independent living skills classes eight days per month on the second shift. Key tasks include setting up instructional areas, documenting student observations, and completing assessment reports for each intake.

Minimum qualifications require demonstrated knowledge and ability in teaching methods, learning style assessments, disability characteristics, curriculum development, classroom management, and basic special education requirements for ieps. Possession of a virginia department of education collegiate or post graduate professional license, preferably in special education, is preferred.
