DSP Career Coach

The dsp career coach supports individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in achieving personal and pre-Vocational goals through hands-On instruction and coaching in facility and community settings. This role promotes skill-Building, independence, and engagement while ensuring a safe and structured environment through individualized activities and career-Readiness training.

Applicants must possess reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and a driver's license, along with a high school diploma or ged. Previous experience working in a production/Factory setting or with adults with intellectual/Developmental disabilities is preferred.
