Wonder Coach, Part-Time

This role involves providing guidance and coaching to program staff (Guides) to ensure strong relationships between staff, youth (Explorers), caregivers, and community partners. Key duties include facilitating program activities, coordinating volunteer matches, conducting training, managing documentation, and developing community partnerships.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and a minimum of one year of experience working with youth over the age of 5 and their families, preferably in coaching, social services, or education. Experience in developing community partnerships is preferred.
