Behavioral Aide I-II Elk Grove

Responsibilities include implementing individual education plans (Iep) and behavior intervention plans (Bip), providing tailored one-On-One instructional support, and applying aba methodologies to meet targeted behavior goals. The aide will also respond to crises, monitor students across various settings, and record daily data on progress.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have prior experience working with students in school or treatment settings, along with strong communication skills and reliability. Background checks, including doj/Fbi live scan and tb clearance, are mandatory.
