Behavioral Aide I-II (1:1)

The role involves implementing individual education plans (Iep) and behavior intervention plans (Bip) while providing tailored one-On-One instructional support to students with special needs. Responsibilities also include applying aba methodologies, responding to crises using specific intervention techniques, monitoring students, and recording daily progress data.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have prior experience working with students in school or treatment settings, along with strong communication skills and reliability. Applicants must also be at least 18 years old and pass required background checks and tb clearance.
