Market context
Minnesota childcare centers often look for teachers who can meet state qualification rules and cover full-time weekday schedules through late afternoon. This role is competitive because candidates need both the required early childhood credentials and a team-focused approach, while benefits like PTO, health insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and professional development can help employers stand out.
