Market context
Assistant Teacher roles in Colorado are often in demand in early childhood settings, where licensed programs need dependable classroom support and consistent child care coverage. This role can be competitive because employers look for a high school diploma or GED, a genuine commitment to children, and preferred Early Childhood Education coursework, while benefits like PTO, health, vision, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement may help offset the hourly pay range. Review the state licensing requirements carefully and compare the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here with the original posting to save research time before applying.
