Boothby Therapy Services (BTS) is hiring Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows (CF-SLPs) for school-based positions across Vermont - in and around the Burlington area.
If you're a new graduate SLP looking for a Clinical Fellowship (CFY) where you'll be supported, mentored, and set up for success (not overwhelmed!) this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.
Position Details
- Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP)
- Location: Vermont (multiple school districts)
- Schedule: Full-Time (school-based schedule)
- Setting: Public schools (Preschool, Elementary, Middle, or High School)
- Start Date: Flexible (Immediate + 2026–2027 School Year Opportunities)
- Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience and placement

- Provide direct therapy services (individual and small group sessions)
- Support students with:
- Articulation and phonology
- Receptive and expressive language

- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers (OTs, PTs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with IDEA and Vermont regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and professional development

Qualifications
