Clinical Apprentice - BCBA Fieldwork Program

The role involves leading aba therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-Center environment and participating in supervision with experienced bcbas to learn clinical best practices across six core domains. Responsibilities also include attending professional development sessions and applying learnings in real time while progressing through the structured stages.

Candidates must be actively enrolled in or have completed a master’s-Level aba program, or have a completed master’s degree with enrollment in or completion of an aba course sequence. A strong desire to grow into a bcba role and the ability to work full-Time, including afternoon and early evening hours, are also necessary.
