Behavior Technician for Cadillac

Behavior technicians provide direct one-On-One and group client care using intensive teaching and natural environment training methods while strictly following treatment plan protocols and recording session data. Responsibilities also include assisting with caregiver training, preparing therapy materials, and collaborating with the treatment team on plan evolution.

Applicants must be able to interpret and implement clinical protocols, possess effective time management, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills for building professional relationships. Candidates must pass a background check, have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
