Behavior Technician - Kentwood

The behavior technician provides one-On-One direct care to learners aged 18 months to 21 years, teaching independent daily living skills primarily in a center-Based setting. Responsibilities include collecting and recording data on behavior, collaborating with team members and families, and following individualized behavior programming.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and a valid state of michigan driver's license, along with a passion for working with children. Applicants should demonstrate professionalism, accuracy, flexibility, and reliability, ideally with prior experience in healthcare, mental health, behavioral health, childcare, or residential settings.
