Substitute Teacher

The substitute teacher will step into classrooms as needed to support children and maintain consistency by assisting with daily routines and classroom activities across mixed-Age groups. Responsibilities also include helping to create a warm, safe, and engaging environment and collaborating with staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.

Candidates must possess a warm, friendly, and dependable demeanor with a strong passion for working with young children, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Minimum requirements include a negative tb test within the last 12 months and a valid state background check; formal montessori training is not required as training will be provided.
