Autism Technician

Behavior technicians implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans under the supervision of board certified behavior analysts (Bcba). They assist clients with daily activities, facilitate social interactions, meticulously record progress data, and maintain communication with clients' families.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and maintain a valid, active driver's license with a good driving record and current auto insurance. Entry-Level candidates are welcome as on-The-Job training is provided, but technical proficiency with ehr systems or the ability to learn them is required.
