Autism Technician

Behavior technicians work closely with board certified behavior analysts (Bcba) to implement treatment plans focused on behavior reduction and skill acquisition for children and adolescents. Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily activities, facilitating social interactions, collecting progress data, and communicating with families.

Candidates must be willing to provide care in various community settings and require a high school diploma or ged, along with a valid driver's license and current auto insurance. Entry-Level candidates are welcome as on-The-Job training is provided, but proficiency with ehr systems or technical aptitude is necessary.
