The provider is responsible for the quality and completeness of clinical records, including developing and updating individualized service plans (Isps) and completing accurate documentation for billable services. Key duties involve providing community psychiatric supportive treatment (Cpst) activities such as assessment, crisis intervention, and ongoing therapeutic support, as well as delivering individual and group therapeutic behavioral services (Tbs).
